Note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible for a return or may incur a restocking fee.

3. Refund Process & Payment Methods

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • It may take 3-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Worn, used, or damaged sneakers (unless defective upon arrival).
