Shipping Options & Delivery Time:

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all domestic and international orders.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:

    • International: 7-14 business days (varies by country)
  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Customs & Duties for International Orders:

  • Flowotis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs clearance processes.

3. Order Changes, Cancellations & Address Corrections

  • After 24 hours, orders are processed and shipped, and modifications may not be possible.
  • If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please notify us immediately. We will try our best to update it before shipment.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Flowotis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
  • If your package is missing, please check with your local delivery service and neighbors before contacting us.
  • If needed, we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
